14 day Money Back Guarantee: (Does not apply to sale items)
If you are not happy with any Sound4Sale product you may return it within 14 days for a full product refund. You, the customer are responsible for shipping charges both ways. Goods must be returned in mint condition with no scratches dings or dents of any kind. Must include everything that came in the products box, packaged in the same double box. Damaged goods returned are subject repair cost up to 20%. This guarantee does not apply to sale items. All discounted sales are final.

Shipping Damage must be reported in 14 days:
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. Goods must be returned with everything that came in the products box, and packaged in the same double box. You, the customer are responsible for shipping damaged product back. If the shipper damaged the goods, they will return them. Goods will be replaced if reported within 14 days.

One Year Warranty:
If your product fails within one year of purchase, contact our customer service department immediately. You, the customer are responsible for shipping damaged product back. We will replace or repair the product and return it to you at our expense.

One Year Warranty on Upgrades:
Sound4Sale offers a one year warranty on the iLink and new iPods. When you send us your iPod for upgrade, you void your Apple warranty. Sound4Sale offers a replacement warranty with the upgrade. If the upgrade fails, Sound4Sale will repair or replace the iPod. If the iPod fails under warranty, Sound4Sale will try to repair the iPod. If it cannot be repaired, Sound4Sale will provide a new iPod. You will be responsible for paying the $199 to have a new upgrade installed. You, the customer are responsible for shipping damaged product back.

All returns must have an RMA number attached. No COD returns accepted.
