The quality of a transport is very much dependent on the processing and clocking of the output audio data. MSB has perfected this player upgrade to include all audio formats. This amazing transport includes custom digital processing and outputs each format in the highest resolution, including SACD and DVD-Audio, as a proprietary stream on the MSB Network to any MSB DAC.

The Multichannel Xport does full resolution of all formats including SACD, with complete 6 channel Decimation. It includes comprehensive high resolution downmixing and provides a 32 bit output at 176 kHz. Does this mean it is only for home theater? No, most customers who purchase this player only use it in a two channel system. For the best quality, it is better to let MSB read all 6 channels and create a better 2 channel mix than the studio.

You will get the sound quality of a player ten times the cost and with the life expectancy of the current DVD formats, this is not the product class to make the big investment in.
