The i system - A little upgrade with a huge improvement
Once your music collection is stored on the iPod, integration with your system is easy. The iLink has the full range of digital outputs. If you already have an external DAC then your job is done, as it will have a digital input. If your system is multi-channel then your processor will have a digital input. If your system is all analog, then all you have to do is match the iLink with an external DAC.
iLink Remote Operation We are sure you will have more questions as this is a brand new technology. Check the Frequently Asked Questions about iLink Page for more information. iPod is a registered trademark of Apple Computer. The iPod upgrade is not approved by Apple and voids Apple’s warranty. The iLink provides no function with non-upgraded iPods. In September 2007 Apple released 6th generation iPod Videos, a new 80 GB and 160 GB model. We have adequate stock of 5th generation 80 GB iPods and will continue to offer them as well as offer upgrades to that model until the engineering for the 6th generation has been completed, sometime in 2008. The iLink is expected to be compatible with the new iPods.
